Ideal Candidates
We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Diploma in community support work or education assistance
- Knowledge and experience in Positive Behavior Support
- Familiarity with alternative/augmentative communication systems
- Experience in Individual Support Planning and SMART goal setting
- Experience supporting individuals with significant behavioural challenges
- Ability to clock in/out at shift time and complete quality shift notes in Share Vision
- First Aid, CPR, and Foodsafe certifications
- Valid BC Driver's license, reliable transportation, ICBC Driver's abstract with Business Insurance
- MANDT training (employer provided)
